We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Software Upgrade Coordinator to join our team at System C. As a key member of our Upgrades team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of software updates to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate software upgrade schedules, ensuring alignment with product release cycles.
  • Communicate upgrade plans and schedules clearly to customers, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align resources for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training activities.
  • Provide remote support coordination for customers during upgrade events, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of upgrade schedules, customer interactions, and feedback.
  • Prepare reports on upgrade progress and suggest improvements to enhance the upgrade process.
