  • Welcoming residents, explaining menu options, and serving food from the kitchen with a smile.

  • Supporting dining operations in various areas, including private dining rooms, cafes, and special events.
  • Handling resident complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating issues to supervisors as needed.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
  • A flexible schedule with shift times between 07.00 and 18.00, including alternate weekends.
  • Part-time hours with a guaranteed 24 hours per week in Food and Beverage and 7.5 hours every fortnight as a Kitchen Assistant.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including up to 30 days annual leave, 8 bank holidays, and a workplace pension with matching contributions.
  • Free meals on shift for staff working 6+ hours, as well as access to a range of employee benefits and perks.
