Head of Culinary Operations

As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for working closely with our executive chef team and head chefs to develop seasonal menus and specials. You will have the autonomy to create your own events and initiatives within the business.

We offer a competitive salary plus equal share of great tips, as well as access to industry-leading training and development. This role can be done over 3-4 days if you prefer, allowing for a better work-life balance.

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum

We are a historic village pub, located in the heart of Somerset. Our beautiful new interiors and 7 boutique bedrooms offer a unique dining experience to our customers.
