Located in the heart of Somerset, we boast a historic village pub dating back to the 17th century, offering beautiful new interiors and 7 boutique bedrooms. Our passion is local produce and field-to-fork sustainability, with menus that reflect this.

As a Sous Chef, you will be part of a friendly, welcoming, and positive kitchen environment, where high standards are always the goal. We offer a competitive salary plus equal share of great tips, as well as access to industry-leading training and development.

We believe in work-life balance, and this role can be done over 3-4 days if you prefer. You will also have the chance to work on exciting seasonal dishes alongside hearty pub classics, created from the best ingredients our Somerset larder has to offer.

Salary

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum

About the Role
  • You will work closely with our executive chef team and head chefs to develop seasonal menus and specials.
  • You will have the autonomy to create your own events and initiatives within the business.
  • You will be part of a diverse, eclectic company, gaining experience in a range of kitchens and menus.
