Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group support to primary-aged children with speech and language difficulties

  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to support overall child development

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with SEN children or as a Learning Support Assistant, especially those with speech and language needs, would be ideal but not essential
  • Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children with diverse needs
