Medsolve is seeking an experienced Waking Nights Support Worker to join their Children's Residential home in Normanton.

This is a full-time permanent role with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform nightly tasks such as personal care routines, getting individuals up in the morning, and making breakfast.
  • Support individuals to develop independent life skills.
  • Safeguarding of occupants at all times.
  • Accurate record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Recent experience of working in a children's residential setting.
  • Relevant professional qualifications or willingness to work towards (e.g. NVQ Level 3).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Hold a valid driving license.
  • Have a flexible Can-Do approach.
