This is a full-time permanent role offering a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including employer contribution to pension, generous holidays, and employee wellbeing programme.
The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, with a rotational shift pattern of 4 nights on and 10 nights off.
The main responsibilities of the Waking Nights Support Professional include:
Performing nightly tasks such as personal care routines, getting individuals to bed and up in the morning, and making breakfast.
Supporting individuals to develop independent life skills.
Safeguarding of occupants at all times.
Accurate record keeping.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience of working in a children's residential setting, relevant professional qualifications, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
They will also hold a valid driving licence and have a flexible approach to work.
