About Our Client

Michael Page (UK) is partnering with a fast-growing London-based Credit Fintech Firm to find a talented Credit and Collections Manager.

Job Description

As a Credit and Collections Manager, you will be responsible for managing various credit teams, including utilizing SQL to analyze team performance and reporting this to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approving deals
  • Setting pricing terms
  • Assigning exposure limits and improving overall credit processes
  • Review and, where necessary, challenge policy changes

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience leading underwriting/credit decision teams, ideally within a fintech environment
  • Strong communicator with the ability to drive team performance and manage complex, demanding situations
  • Proficient in Excel and SQL, with some knowledge of Python being a plus
