Job Title: Financial Strategist

Hamilton Woods Associates is seeking a highly skilled Financial Strategist to join their team in Tamworth. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and delivering strategic objectives.

About the Role
  • Support the Finance Director/Financial Controller in developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with business directors and key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance financial performance.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support the finance team.
Requirements
  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA/QBE or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate financial data and produce insightful reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and impact senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to build relationships with business directors and key decision-makers.
