About the Role

This Optical Assistant Apprenticeship is designed to provide individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the optical sector. As an Optical Assistant, you will be responsible for welcoming customers into store, booking in eye tests, and providing style advice.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct pre-screening of patients and measure frames
  • Take phone calls and respond to customer queries

Requirements

  • GCE Maths at Grade 9-4 (A*-C), or an equivalent level qualification
  • The right to work in the UK and live in the EU for 3 years or more
