Digital Marketing Manager UK

Twin Employment & Training Ltd. is a leading provider of education/travel/work experience/accommodation/employment services.

We seek a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

This role focuses on digital marketing communications across multiple platforms, supporting sales/business development by aligning with established business objectives and driving quality/quantity of marcoms. A deep understanding of core online communications disciplines/media is essential, including website development/performance improvement/social media channels.

In the medium term, the opportunity exists to transition from a supporting to a driving role, leveraging analysis/customer insight/group capacity/capability to propose/new extended customer propositions to market.

  • Manage/Twin Group's Marketing team
  • Collaborate with key managers to identify/agree on key business priorities/timings to generate forward plans
  • Develop a strong relationship with Twin IT to create/agree/contribute to key business improvement projects and maintain awareness of relevant technologies/data sources
  • Support International Sales/UK Sales/Business Development in creating/executing campaigns across all media
  • Establish an agreed forward calendar for Marketing programmes
  • Enhance effectiveness/efficiency of Twin's online presences using analytical tools/evidence-based content enhancement/external expertise
  • Ensure high levels of activity/quality in all relevant social media, establishing connections with market-facing managers to secure active inputs on Twin activities/events/achievements and utilising statistical evidence to progressively develop followership/audience interaction
  • Generate PR for all parts of the Group
  • Conduct marketing research activities and collaborate with senior managers/field-facing staff to enhance/marketing understanding of key markets/winning propositions
  • Identify/agree on key projects, ensuring marketing leadership/participation as needed.
  • Develop/agree Marketing reports with key stakeholders, ELT and the Board.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to manage projects to time/budget.
  • Evidence of working with newer technologies.
  • Strong awareness of Marketing/Sales support.
  • Proven track record in B2B/B2C.
  • Working knowledge of the International Student Travel Market (desirable).
  • Working knowledge of government-funded skills/employability programmes (desirable).
What We Offer:

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience

Location: Hybrid working between Greenwich and home

Contract: Permanent – Full-time

Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30
