You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, juggling competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and colleagues.
  • Monitoring and controlling costs, ensuring projects stay within budget.
  • Collaborating with the project manager to identify areas for improvement and implementing process changes.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in commercial site management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • A valid CSCS card and relevant qualifications, such as SSSTS and SMSTS.
  • A full UK driving license, as you will be required to travel to various project sites within the Southwest.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.
