Job Summary:We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Pharmacist to join our Primary Care Pharmacy Team in Mid Ross. The role provides an opportunity to support the delivery of primary care clinical pharmacy services. You will work with GP Practices as part of a multi-professional team to optimize safe, quality, evidence-based, and cost-effective use of medicines.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver clinical pharmacy and medicines management input to primary care settings
- Work with GP Practices to optimize the use of medicines
- Provide patient-facing clinical pharmacy services in healthcare and domiciliary settings
The role involves traveling, so a full, current driving license and use of own car for work purposes is essential.
Requirements:- Relevant post-registration experience of pharmacy practice
- Sound clinical knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills
- A Master's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
- A relevant postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy or equivalent experience
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
