The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy is looking for a Generalist HR Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the HR function, including data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
You will also assist in the coordination of HR projects, such as recruitment campaigns and training initiatives. Your duties will include responding to employee queries, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. A degree in HR or a related field and/or relevant experience is essential. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of employment law, equality, diversity, and inclusion principles, and be able to demonstrate a commitment to upholding these values.
