To take overall responsibility for the effective management of all aspects of the Hospital, ensuring the provision of high-quality standards of diagnosis-specific care and treatment, driven by the needs of the individual.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and direct a multidisciplinary team in the attainment of aims and objectives linked to the Brainkind Strategic Plan and the needs of the individual.
- Meet full compliance in line with the requirements of the regulatory body and relevant legislation.
- Market the Hospital to all potential commissioners and referrers with the key aim of creating new business opportunities.
- Manage organic and planned change within the service, to meet the demands of new business.
- Demonstrate professional leadership and provide 'hands-on' management support and guidance, managing staff activities and influencing their practices and attitudes.
- Assume line management responsibilities for the senior management team and lead clinicians where appropriate, to provide operational support and direction. Ensuring that performance standards are identified and met.
- Take responsibility for setting and monitoring of budgets, capital, and revenue, within location.
- Take overall responsibility for recruitment, employment, and working practices, complying with Employment Law and contractual obligations. To include the provision of Induction, training, and support as required in respect of the statutory responsibilities of the Hospital and Brainkind, with particular emphasis on our aims, values, and high-performance standards.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Hospital Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a clinical team and have experience of working in a residential care setting. They will also have a strong understanding of statutory requirements and legislation, as well as the ability to manage budgets and financial systems.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate professional leadership and provide 'hands-on' management support and guidance, managing staff activities and influencing their practices and attitudes. They will also be able to assume line management responsibilities for the senior management team and lead clinicians where appropriate, to provide operational support and direction.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £63,250 per annum, depending on experience, plus up to 10% stakeholders bonus. We also offer a range of benefits, including 38 days holiday entitlement, life assurance, company pension, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
