Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

HCR Ltd is seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at a reputable NHS hospital in Kingston upon Hull, UK.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to provide high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with experienced healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care and support to patients with mental health conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
  • Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians and psychiatrists
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive the best possible care
  • Provide support to families and carers, as well as helping patients to manage their conditions and improve their quality of life
  • Monitor patients' progress and respond to changes in their condition
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements:
  • Valid in-date Nursing and Midwifery Council's (NMC) membership
  • At least 6 months of working experience with a valid UK visa
  • Vaccinated against Hep B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tuberculosis, and COVID 19
  • Has a valid DBS certificate that is on the DBS update service
  • Has a valid Bild/GSA Accredited PMVA training certificate
  • Indemnity Insurance

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
