The Therapy Support Professional will play a key role in promoting student development, success, and retention at Trent University. As a member of our team, you will engage students in collaboratively designing a treatment plan, employing a comprehensive range of psycho-social and clinical interventions.

You will also coordinate interdisciplinary and community supports to promote student wellness, including providing individual therapy, group therapy, crisis counselling, and clinical consultation to support students in achieving their academic goals.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff. In addition, you will have a strong commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion, with a focus on creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all students.
