About the Position

P-Neo Personal GmbH is looking for an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will work with adults who require high-intensity CBT therapy for anxiety and depression.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage a caseload of clients, deliver CBT therapy sessions, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.

Essential Requirements:

  • Mastery of CBT principles and techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits:

  • An annual salary of around €45,000, commensurate with experience
  • Regular supervision and support from a senior therapist
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
