  • Perform plumbing and general maintenance repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our retail sites
  • Diagnose and rectify issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service support to our customers and colleagues
  • Ensure all tasks are carried out to a high standard and in line with safety regulations
  • Use your initiative and make decisions using your experience and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance at all times with necessary regulations, standards, and legal responsibilities of repair work
  • Manage your own time and schedule to prioritize tasks and track progress
  • Plan your work routes strategically to save travel time and costs

Requirements:

  • Plumbing and multi-trade experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, telephone skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Able to respond to urgent issues when required
  • Flexible with working hours, with occasional weekend call-outs
  • Full UK driver's license
