Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Cooplands Maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing plumbing & general maintenance repairs, diagnosing & rectifying issues, and providing excellent customer service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing & general maintenance repairs
- Diagnose & rectify issues
- Provide excellent customer service support
- Ensure all tasks are carried out to a high standard and in line with safety regulations
- Use your initiative and make decisions using your experience & knowledge
- Ensure compliance at all times with necessary regulations, standards, and legal responsibilities of repair work
- Manage your own time & schedule, striving to complete tasks efficiently
- Organise & priorities tasks and track progress through to completion
Requirements:
- Plumbing & multi-trade experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, telephone skills, and interpersonal skills
- Good planning & organisational skills
- Able to respond to urgent issues when required
- Flexible with working hours, with occasional weekend call outs
- Full UK driver's license
