The Five Bridges pub is a modern community pub located on a busy retail park, attracting shoppers and workers from local businesses. With a strong focus on food, the pub is zoned into two areas: a bar for drinkers and a separate dining space. The pub also features a large beer garden perfect for guests to enjoy during the summer months.

The pub is currently trading at an average of £15,000 in weekly sales, with a 70/30 food to wet sales mix. With new housing being built nearby, there is an opportunity to grow sales by hosting regular events, quizzes, and entertainment evenings to capture the attention of new residents.
