About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Estate Agent in Bristol. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will be responsible for marketing properties to potential home owners, arranging and conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping.

Your Journey

As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will begin your journey with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, where you will receive comprehensive training and support. You will then be assigned to a branch in Bristol, where you will work closely with your mentor to develop your skills and knowledge.
