About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Estate Agent to join our team in Bristol. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will be responsible for marketing properties to potential home owners, arranging and conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping.
What You Will Gain
- A comprehensive training program at our Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, where you will receive industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions.
- A fully-funded training course to help you achieve a nationally recognised Level 2 Estate Agent qualification.
- Close support from your mentor as you continue your training and development.
- A competitive OTE of £25,000 per year, uncapped commission, and a company car.
- 30 days annual leave, including bank holidays, and a range of additional benefits, including an Employee Assistance Programme, eye care, and a company pension scheme.
Your Journey
Your journey as a Trainee Estate Agent will begin with two weeks at our Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, where you will receive comprehensive training and support. You will then be based in our Bristol office, where you will work closely with your mentor and colleagues to develop your skills and knowledge.
