Job Summary

The Ministry of Defence is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Regional Delivery Support to join their team. As an integral part of the Infrastructure Team, this role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of infrastructure projects across the RAF Air Cadets estate.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to Infrastructure Delivery Managers, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.

- Assist with the collation and analysis of safety compliance information from Reserve Forces & Cadet Association Estates Teams.

- Coordinate amendments to the RAFAC property registers, investigating any discrepancies that may arise.

- Provide secretariat support to Infrastructure Regional Managers, including meeting setup, minute production, and dissemination.

Requirements

- Proven experience of working with Office 365 and SharePoint.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to daily challenges and prioritize work accordingly.

- A strong understanding of the Ministry of Defence's policies and procedures.
