Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll help our clients deploy data pipelines and processes in a production-safe manner, using the latest technologies and with a DataOps approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable and reusable data solutions using cloud-based technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver modern data platforms into large organizations
  • Work in a fast-moving, agile environment to deploy data pipelines and processes
  • Develop and maintain data applications, systems, and services using software engineering best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in data engineering

Requirements

  • Experience in writing well-tested object-oriented Python code
  • Good understanding of design choices for data storage and data processing, with a particular focus on cloud data
  • Experience in programmatically deploying, scheduling, and monitoring components
  • Experience in writing complex queries against relational and non-relational databases
  • Good understanding of coding best practices and design patterns
