Level 2 Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an exceptional Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team at Kirton Lindsey Primary School. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership and teaching team to provide high-quality learning and support to children with special educational needs in KS2.
This role involves providing in-class support, individual, and small group work to a child in upper KS2. As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will demonstrate your knowledge and skills in supporting children, including those with additional needs, to foster and maintain their interest in learning.
Key Responsibilities- Provide sensitive and empathetic pastoral support to all children.
- Provide stretch and challenge to all children to raise aspirations and attainment.
- Promote high standards of achievement and progress for all children.
- Promote high standards of behaviour for all children.
