We are seeking an exceptional Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team at Kirton Lindsey Primary School. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership and teaching team to provide high-quality learning and support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in Key Stage 2.
This role is specifically designed to support the learning needs of a child in upper Key Stage 2, blending in-class support with individual and small group work. As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing sensitive and empathetic pastoral support to all children
- Supporting children with additional needs to foster and maintain their interest in learning
- Providing stretch and challenge to all children to raise aspirations and attainment
- Promoting high standards of achievement and progress for all children
- Promoting high standards of behaviour for all children
