Nano Fibre UK is seeking a skilled Civils Avoidance/TRR Operative to support our growth in the Gravesend area. As a fast-growing company, we're committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. We're looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join our team and contribute to our customer promise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify allocated CBT's and pull cabling from chambers to customer properties.
  • Ensure risk assessments are carried out and all processes are followed regarding permits and reporting blockages to the Civils teams.
  • Apply effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and customer service.
  • Prioritize tasks and find the best customer solutions possible.
  • Travel to different areas of the country, with occasional overtime to achieve customer service targets.
  • Work in various weather conditions and be medically fit.
  • Collaborate with teams or work independently to meet SLA KPI's set by our partners.
  • Be willing to work in other locations within the UK, with accommodation provided if required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year working in a similar role, preferably with SAOO2 – PIA Underground Safety and S7 – PIA Sub-Duct and Cable Installation accreditations.
