Service Excellence Associate Job Summary

We are seeking a Service Excellence Associate to join our team at Siemens Healthineers in Camberley, Surrey. As a key member of our Customer Care Centre, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers via phone and email, resolving queries and booking maintenance services. You will also work closely with our admin team to complete tasks and support ongoing projects.

As a Service Excellence Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing customer pain points, developing solutions to improve customer satisfaction, and contributing to the development of new processes and procedures. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

We offer a competitive salary of £19,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
