Job Title: AI Governance Lead, Vice President

At J.P. Morgan, we are seeking an experienced AI Governance Lead, Vice President to join our Global HR & EX Data Governance Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in developing and operationalizing our strategic AI Governance framework within the HR & EX organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement AI governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Firmwide Data Management, Data Privacy, and AI policies/standards.
  • Represent HR & EX CDAO in various data and AI forums, committees, and councils to drive responsible AI development and usage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance AI governance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on AI governance matters, including training and education on data management requirements and processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with significant experience in AI governance, AIML model risk governance, business controls, data risk management, or technology controls.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, demonstrated consultative approach, and proven skill in influencing others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources practices and processes preferred.
