Marketing and Communications Assistant

Join our team at Frontier Agriculture as a Marketing and Communications Assistant and be part of our dynamic marketing function. As a key member of our team, you will assist in the creation and execution of internal communications and employer brand campaigns, working closely with stakeholders across the business to enhance our company's brand as an employer.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of internal communications and employer brand campaigns, including creating online content, promotional materials, and social media activity.
- Work with key stakeholders to generate communications that enhance the company's brand as an employer, including HR and Operations teams.
- Support major projects such as employee engagement surveys, sustainability initiatives, and the introduction of new digital communications systems.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of external marketing campaigns, including email marketing, direct mail, and promotional materials.
- Work with a wide network of stakeholders to define and deliver on commercial objectives.
- Organize events, including exhibitions and conferences, to include attendance where necessary.
- Confidence, enthusiasm, and initiative to inspire others and strive for innovation and change.
- Proactive nature, with the ability to build effective working relationships inside and outside the business.
- Ability to work hard, take on new challenges, and turn ideas into reality.
- Analytical, hands-on qualities with positive and resilient characteristics.
- Driver's license, as travel to various sites and teams is part of the role.
