Waking Night Support Worker

As an Independent Living Support Worker with Radis Community Care, you will play a vital role in enabling vulnerable individuals to live independently within their own homes and local community.
We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team in Cwmbran. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting clients with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and medication administration. Additionally, they will assist with meal preparation, accessing the local community, and day-to-day household duties.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a non-judgmental attitude towards our clients. They must also be comfortable working shifts, including overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities
