Job Opportunity

Job Title: Senior Automation SDET

Location: Hybrid

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

The Role:

  • Take ownership in writing, executing, and reviewing manual and automation test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and help the team plan, design, and implement them.
  • Review existing testing practices and provide solutions or improvements to enhance the testing process.
  • Assist with the deployment process and provide ongoing support to ensure seamless software delivery.
  • Identify and highlight any risks or issues, providing detailed bug reports to facilitate prompt resolution.
  • Ensure that customer experience is exceptional and meets the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience testing ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Good experience in writing and maintaining test automation scripts to streamline testing processes.
  • ISTQB foundation level or equivalent experience, or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant discipline.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Agile principles to facilitate collaborative software development.
  • Understanding of programming terminology to effectively communicate with development teams.
