Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented and experienced Power Platforms Administrator to join our Business Applications function. As a Power Platforms Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing, customising, and maintaining our Power Platforms system to support our business operations.
Responsibilities- Configure and customise the Power Platforms system to meet business needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity, managing data imports and exports.
- Manage user accounts and security roles, providing training and support to end-users.
- Monitor and maintain the Power Platforms system, applying updates and patches as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicating project status and issues effectively to stakeholders.
- Experience of working in Microsoft Power Platforms, including Dynamics 365 and Power Automate/Power Apps.
- Proven experience as a Power Platforms/Dynamics 365 Administrator.
- Experienced in integrating across the Microsoft Eco-system.
- Proficiency in configuring and customising Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of data management concepts across Power Platforms.
- Experience with data integration and migration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft App Source.
- Ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, determined, and focussed to get the job done properly.
- A process-oriented individual with strong management skills.
- Detail-oriented yet pragmatic and able to balance conflicting demands.
- Ability to learn quickly with a 'can do' attitude.
- Effective communicator who can adjust communication style to fit the audience and message.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to develop initially ambiguously defined needs into real solutions.
- Commercial awareness and knowledge of what is happening in the external market.
The role is based in London, with occasional travel to other locations as required.
