Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Workshop Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our customers while maintaining efficient workshop operations.
As a technical expert with a solid automotive workshop management background, you will have a proven track record of driving innovation and improvement to minimise vehicle downtime and delivering on service commitments to customers.
You will lead a team of vehicle technicians, providing expert guidance and support to ensure that all aspects of workshop performance meet the highest technical and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a common-sense business approach, knowing what makes a great workshop and how to maximise efficiencies and opportunities to produce outstanding results.
Above all, you will be a people person, caring about your team and understanding that a one-size-fits-all approach is not always the best way to create a high-performing workshop team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of vehicle technicians to deliver high-quality services to customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and improvement in workshop operations.
- Ensure compliance with the highest technical and quality standards across all aspects of workshop performance.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Contribute to the development of new initiatives and processes to enhance workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction.
