Financial Services Coordinator

A dynamic and innovative law firm, G2 Legal Limited, is seeking an experienced Billing Assistant to join its Finance team in Glasgow.
The role offers a comprehensive salary and benefits package, along with a hybrid working setup and a renovated office in central Glasgow.
You will provide financial administrative support to clients, partners, and staff, performing a variety of tasks such as preparation and processing of fee notes, credit control, and client-facing roles.
Key skills and qualifications include 3 years of experience in a finance role, previous experience in a legal cash room, and high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Successful candidates will have quality numeracy and problem-solving skills, experience using IT office, financial systems, and Excel.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Providing financial administrative support to clients, partners, and staff.
- Preparing and processing fee notes.
- Performing credit control tasks.
- Assisting staff and clients with queries relating to invoices.
- Requirements:
