Job Title: Lead CNC Miller Setter

Location: Redditch

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Days with flexibility on start and finish

Rate: Up to £20hr with Overtime available

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join our team at Workforce Staffing Ltd. As a skilled CNC Miller, you will have the opportunity to work on brand new machines and be part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience working with 4 axis Milling Machines
  • Familiarity with Fanuc controls would be ideal, though other controls considered
  • Familiarity with offline CAD/CAM is essential, any software accepted
  • Have experience organising machine schedules
  • Able to lead and support more junior colleagues
