Job Title: Lead CNC Miller Setter

Location: Redditch, West Midlands

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Days with flexibility on start and finish

Rate: Up to £20hr with Overtime available

We are seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join our team in Redditch, West Midlands. As a sliding head setter, you will have the opportunity to work on brand new machines and contribute to the growth of our Milling Section.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with 4 axis Milling Machines, familiarity with Fanuc controls, and experience with offline CAD/CAM software. You will also be able to lead and support more junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain CNC Milling Machines
  • Set up and program machines for production
  • Monitor and control machine performance
  • Lead and support junior colleagues
