Administration Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to lead our Contracts Administration Team in High Wycombe. As a key member of our Telesales Department, you will be responsible for managing a team of administrators, maintaining key customer relationships, and aligning team activities with our organization's broader objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of administrators to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance team efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor and manage team performance against KPIs and targets, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Facilitate the professional growth of your team through training, mentorship, and ongoing support.
- Ensure all team processes and procedures are followed consistently, identifying areas for improvement and introducing solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports on team performance and trends, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve team results.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, staying updated on regulatory changes and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong coaching and people management skills, with a track record of driving team success.
- Ability to consistently meet KPIs and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to convey complex information in a simple, actionable way.
- Knowledge of people management processes and strategies.
