About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Childbase Partnership. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment that promotes learning and development. You will work closely with our experienced team to plan and deliver activities that meet the needs of our children, and provide support and guidance to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and education to our children
  • Plan and deliver activities that meet the needs of our children
  • Work closely with our experienced team to ensure the smooth running of the nursery
  • Support and guide our staff to ensure they have the skills and confidence to provide excellent care and education

Requirements:

  • Qualified to level 6 or above in Early Years Education and Care
  • Experience of working in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide support and guidance to colleagues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
