About the Role

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team at Emm, a company revolutionizing menstrual health with innovative technology. As a key player in our early stages, you will have a huge opportunity to make a positive impact on the company, our products, and our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customer's pain points and needs.
  • Employ a variety of design techniques to ensure a high-quality, consistent, and seamless experience across both digital and physical products.
  • Lead in user testing and usability studies to explore and validate ideas.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, marketing, and community teams to create a unified product experience.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in UX and/or product design.
  • Delivering exceptional user experiences with IoT/connected products, specifically wearables and consumer app user experience and design.
  • User research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
  • Proficiency in design tools and methodologies, including Figma, wire framing, workflow diagramming, and prototyping.
