Overview

We are seeking a talented Graduate to join our Sales Development Programme, where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our dynamic B2B team.

As a Graduate, you will be part of a two-year programme that will see you working in two of our exciting and growing B2B divisions (Healthcare, Care Homes, Education or Local Authority). You will learn the apetito proposition inside and out and support the team in mobilising new business, at trade shows and with existing customers.

During this phase, you will develop key skills in looking after and developing existing commercial relationships. You will understand the importance of developing a commercial focus to enable you to grow relationships and business from within.

Responsibilities
  • Be a genuine partner to our customers
  • Mobilise new customers
  • Train our customers and their teams
  • Presentation to key stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Improve the dining experience for patients/residents/pupils
  • Share our expertise in food and nutrition
  • Help the customer manage its food budget
  • Identify opportunities to grow from within
  • Work on business development opportunities
  • Contribute to a positive team environment
  • Work effectively alone and in a team
Requirements
  • Graduate (or graduating in 2024). Preferably in a business-related subject
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight timeframes managing multiple projects
  • Full driving license
