About the RoleThe Turf Care Specialist will play a crucial role in achieving this vision by maintaining the highest standards of turf care.
This is a key position that requires a passionate and enthusiastic individual who can work effectively as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension plans, training & development, free golf, and staff referral programme.
Key Responsibilities- Mowing turf using tractors and ride-on machines
- Treating turf to ensure consistent playing surfaces
- Using environmentally friendly treatments to control weeds and diseases
- Renovating and maintaining bunkers and hazards
- Qualified to Level 2 or working towards NVQ level 2 (desirable)
- Passionate about turf care and maintenance
