We are seeking passionate and experienced learning support consultants to join our team in Northamptonshire.

Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with students to develop tailored plans that cater to their unique needs and abilities.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience working with students who have SEMH/SEN needs, ideally in a special educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
  • A minimum commitment of 5 hours of teaching during the school day, across 3 days.
