Learning Support Specialist

About the Role:
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help with self-regulation activities and techniques to achieve calm and regulated moods.
- Collaborate with staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students, prioritizing their emotional well-being.
- Develop strong relationships with students, staff, and families to understand individual needs and provide effective support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain confidentiality and work discreetly when required, upholding the trust placed in you by students and their families.
- Contribute to creating a supportive team environment, sharing your knowledge and expertise to enhance the overall quality of care provided.
- Assist with personal care when necessary, demonstrating empathy and compassion towards students' unique needs.
Estimated Salary: £90-130 per day
