Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing Future Leaders: Implement best practices and strategies to ensure our education program meets the Premier League's Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP) requirements.
  • Fostering a Culture of Excellence: Foster a dynamic learning environment where students are empowered to achieve their full potential.
  • Leading a Dedicated Team: Provide expert guidance and support to our education team, fostering a collaborative spirit to deliver exceptional teaching and learning experiences.
  • Building Strong Partnerships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with partner schools, parents, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
