The Impact You'll Make

In this leadership role, you'll oversee all aspects of our Academy's education provision, creating a world-class learning environment that equips our aspiring footballers with the skills and qualifications they need to thrive, both in their sporting careers and beyond. This includes:

  1. Implementing Best Practices: Develop and implement strategies to ensure our education program meets the Premier League's Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP) requirements.
  2. Fostering a Culture of Excellence: Establish a dynamic learning environment where students are empowered to achieve their full potential, with a focus on developing well-rounded young people.
  3. Leading a Dedicated Team: Provide expert guidance and support to our education team, fostering a collaborative spirit to deliver exceptional teaching and learning experiences.
  4. Building Strong Partnerships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with partner schools, parents, and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless education experience for our students.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a passionate and experienced educator with a proven track record of success in a professional sports environment. Here's what sets you apart:

  1. A demonstrable history of raising educational standards and achieving outstanding outcomes, with a focus on developing future leaders.
  2. Experience in leading and motivating a team of educators in a school or similar setting, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic planning skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  4. A deep understanding of the Premier League's Education Quality Standards and EPPP requirements, with a focus on implementing best practices.
  5. A passion for sport and a commitment to developing well-rounded young people, with a focus on creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
