Job Overview:

Talent Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical/mechanical sales or engineering and will be responsible for generating high-quality sales leads and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for standard and custom products.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and customers.
• Work closely with the sales team to convert opportunities into sales.

Requirements:

• Degree or HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Technical Sales and Design In experience in the field of EMI (Electromagnetic Interference).
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
