About the Role

This is a varied position, where you will be assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support and companionship to our residents. As a Bank Care Assistant, your hours and days of work will vary, depending on the needs of the care home.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, excellent communication skills and a can-do approach. You will also need to be able to deliver a high standard of care and support to all residents, with empathy and compassion.
