About the Role:
As a key member of the HR Partnering Team, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing efficient, effective, and customer-focused support for HR Operations activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering HR records, systems, and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with legislation.
- Managing the DBS renewal process for employees and maintaining a strong working knowledge of DBS compliance.
- Creating, administering, and maintaining records for claims-based staff members from recruitment to leaver notification.
- Conducting pre-employment checks, including right to work in the UK, DBS checks, qualifications, and other relevant checks.
- Monitoring shared HR Services/jobs email mailboxes and redirecting or escalating as necessary.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A range of GCSEs at grades A-C or equivalent, or NVQ Level 2.
- Experience in dealing with high volumes of queries, producing letters, and updating spreadsheets.
- Strong customer care and communication skills, with the ability to solve problems and provide timely responses.
